During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated balances or bonuses.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. pcm99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
Identity verification may be required prior to a user's first withdrawal or at any time deemed appropriate by pcm99. Valid documents such as a national identity card or passport may be requested for this purpose.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the pcm99 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and must not engage in any illegal activities — including money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit conduct — using this platform as a vehicle.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Opening more than one account or using another person's identity.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.

Pcm99 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account freezing, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the pcm99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including bank transfers, FPX, DuitNow, and other methods displayed in your account's finance section.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Withdrawals are subject to a review process, and processing times may vary depending on the chosen method. pcm99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in your account's deposit and withdrawal section. Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
Pcm99 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by a user's bank or third-party payment provider in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions. Users are advised to review the terms of their own financial service providers.

Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that pcm99 bears no responsibility for any betting outcomes made by users. All bets are considered final once confirmed by the system.
